Cancellation and Refund

SHIOM TOOLS CORPORATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • SHIOM TOOLS CORPORATION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant checks and confirms the issue. This should be reported within the same day of product receipt.
  • If you feel that the received product is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify our customer service within the same day of receipt. The Customer Service Team will evaluate and make a decision accordingly.
  • For complaints regarding products with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • In case of refunds approved by SHIOM TOOLS CORPORATION, the replacement will be processed within 6–8 working days.
